Abstract

The problem of coordination of the activities of various government agencies is perhaps one of the most important in the establishment of a focused policy of rural development of the U.S. The complex and diverse nature of the socio-economic infrastructure, natural and climatic conditions in the country's rural areas, determines the presence and active work of almost all government agencies in the rural areas. In addition to local and regional authorities, various non-governmental and non-profit organizations are also working there. How to ensure the interconnection of activities carried out by all of them aimed at achieving related goals; how to avoid duplication of work? These and other similar issues are very relevant in the formulation of rural development policies.
