Abstract
Considered precision agriculture as one of the main direction of farm development in the USA. Systematization of precision agriculture technologies was made and its main components are presented. Being resource-saving technology precision agriculture helps to find the optimal solution for each processed area of the field separately. The level of usage of precision agriculture differs in its components and farm type and over the last decade in a number of components has increased significantly. It is necessary to have strategic planning that allows to implement innovative solutions in agriculture effectively.
