Аннотация
В представленной статье рассматривается процесс трансформации ядерной политики США в рамках блока НАТО. Автор даёт оценку роли и места тактического ядерного оружия в стратегических планах США и НАТО, перспектив его модернизации, делает прогнозы относительно возможности его вывода из Европы. При этом рассматриваемая проблема помещена в общий контекст современной ситуации в сфере европейской безопасности и анализируется с позиции российских интересов.
