Аннотация
В статье рассматриваются особенности подхода американских консервативных «мозговых центров» к России - Американского института предпринимательства и Фонда «Наследие». Автор показывает взгляды экспертов США на внешнюю и внутреннюю политику России. В фокусе внимания - урегулирование конфликтов в Сирии и на Украине. Сделаны выводы о причинах враждебного восприятия России, имплицитной русофобии, дискредитации инициатив России, приведены аргументы в защиту её позиции.
