Аннотация

Анализируется комплекс причин, которые в последние 10 лет кардинальным образом изменили отношение высшего политического руководства США к проблеме экономической безопасности. Принятая администрацией Обамы в мае 2010 г. «Стратегия национальной безопасности» олицетворяет разрыв с концепцией открытой экономической системы, которая в 1990-е годы была положена в основу неолиберальной теории трансграничных мировых интеграционных процессов. Новый подход к национальной экономической безопасности обусловлен возможным наступлением эпохи экономических войн, которые высшее политическое руководство США попытается использовать для усиления конкурентных позиций США в системе мировых экономических отношений.
