Abstract
The initial stage of the administration of the new Republican President D Trump was marked by an attempt to eliminate "•Obamacare" - the health care reform, the legacy of the former democratic president B. Obama. The place of health problems in the priorities of the new elected president demonstrating the desire to proceed to the implementation of the repeatedly promised - the liquidation of the health care reform of his predecessor, is evidenced by the fact that he signed on the day of inauguration as the first decree as 45th President of the USA, the head of state. The Decree was dedicated specifically to "Obamacare". D. Trump positioned the abolition of "Obamacare" as one of the top priorities during his campaign and the transition period. Republican D. Trump in his election program promised instead of "Obamacare" to introduce a more effective health care system in the United States. Not all Republicans in the US Congress share a common opinion with the president. Repeated attempts to pass through the highest legislative body the first option of replacing the Health Care Reform of The Obama's administration failed.
