Abstract
The structure of the world system is studied by many political analysts including the well known American statesman, diplomat and expert in international relations, Henry A. Kissinger. The author having read his main books and articles tries to answer such questions as: Did H. Kissinger’s views on the system of international relations changed with time? How does he define the emerging world order? Who would determine development of the world system?
