Abstract
The banned in Russia terrorist group called Islamic State is now facing the inevitable defeat - in military as well as in structural terms. It is impossible nevertheless to destruct the ideology of the Radical Islamism with the military means. Today the ISIS’s ideologues and PR-managers are trying to get accomodated to the new environment. The civilized world is going to confront them still for a long. The Barack Obama administration is set to exploring new approaches to counter the terrorist propaganda in the web.
