Abstract
The article is devoted to Canada’s policy on nuclear disarmament and non-proliferation issues. Instead of considering these issues as distinct foreign policy matter, as in 1990s, Canada began to consider them as secondary ones of more important issues of its foreign or foreign trade policy.
