Abstract
The article deals with the contemporary U.S. mechanisms for preventive response to the crisis of rare-earth metals on the world market in the context of China's monopoly in its manufacture. Arrangements of the legislative and executive power in restoration of the U.S. production of rare earth metals are analyzed.
